Service description

ScanCards DZ is a B2B tool for scanning and managing telecom recharge cards. Features include AI-assisted OCR, inventory sync, role-based access, and reporting. The service is provided on a subscription or license basis as agreed with Algeria Flexy Solution.

Pilot program

Early access may be offered as a closed pilot to selected businesses. Pilot customers acknowledge the product may change, that support is best-effort, and that the service is not warranted for mission-critical use without a separate written agreement.

Acceptable use

• Use the app only for lawful business purposes in your organization.
• Do not share accounts, bypass device binding, or attempt to access other tenants’ data.
• Do not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app without permission.
• You are responsible for securing devices that store scan data and PINs.

Data and confidentiality

You retain ownership of your scan data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Card PINs and photos are sensitive — treat exported reports and device access accordingly.

Availability and updates

We may update the app via over-the-air (OTA) APK or web deployment. Critical updates may be required for continued use. Downtime may occur for maintenance or provider outages.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of inventory data, revenue, or business interruption, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time; contact support for account closure and data handling.
