ScanCards DZ (“we”, “the app”) is operated by Algeria Flexy Solution. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect data when you use our mobile app and web admin panel for telecom scratch-card scanning and inventory management.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone/username, role (admin, agent, super-admin), and organization hierarchy.
- Scan data: card photos, extracted PIN/serial numbers, operator, denomination, confidence scores, scan timestamps, and session metadata.
- Device data: device identifier and name for license binding and optional agent login approval.
- Technical logs: authentication events and API errors stored by our hosting provider (Supabase).
How we use data
- Provide scanning, sync, reporting, and multi-user hierarchy features.
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access.
- Send transactional emails (account approval, agent login codes) via secure server-side mail.
- Improve reliability and support customers during pilot and production use.
Storage and security
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL + Storage) with row-level security. Card images are kept in a private storage bucket and accessed via time-limited signed URLs for authorized users only. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Retention
Scan and account data is retained while your organization uses the service. You may request export or deletion by contacting support. Backups may persist for a limited period after deletion.
